Shipping & Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund or exchange within 15 days from date you received your original package.  (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). If you do not send items in the condition that you received them, (ie. Bags and Tags) then items will be sent back to you. Return labels will be provided for exchanges ONLY. In order to receive a return label, email our customer service department at sales@lestersoutlet.com. Please provide your invoice/order number in the email along with your reason for exchange. 

For Refunds, please email our customer service department at sales@lestersoutlet.com for an RMA number and the return address. You cannot return an item without this number. 

Exchange return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.

If there is any existing shipping label, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

Attach your new return label to the shipping box.

Please write your order # on the outside of your package  

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 3-7 business days after  it is received) and then  your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14  business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

If you need more space please attach a sheet of paper to this return form. Also please include a copy of your invoice.

 You will be notified via email Once your return has been refunded. Please note Shipping is non-refundable.
